Our Express Delivery Services option is sure to bring relief to your projects having severe time limitations. At All Phase Environmental, we understand how refinancing, purchasing and site development activities can be complicated and delayed by Phase One and/or Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments. We can help your project move forward without delay by offering you some of the fastest turnaround times available in the industry when you request our Express Delivery Service. By using our experience, volume and computing capabilities, All Phase Environmental is able to offer you this service while maintaining our standard of excellence.

What Its About:

Each of our products listed below have a minimum standard for delivery time when you request our Express Delivery Service. These standards are based upon work performed in the areas around our corporate headquarters in Southern California. Express Delivery Service for projects in other locations will be dependent upon transportation limitations and each projects turnaround time will be individually estimated. However, you can be assured that we will provide you with some of the fastest turnaround times available.

Guaranteed?

Because our reports are reliant upon telephone conversations with present owners and occupants and regulatory document reviews at governmental agencies, there may be some delay beyond our control if our staff has difficulties contacting or scheduling these parties. If there are delays, you will be promptly notified and we will keep you informed of our progress. During the project, if we discover circumstances that may lead to recommendations for additional research or testing, we will not wait for this to come out in the report. We will call you and inform you of the situation so you can plan accordingly.

Turnaround Times:

Records Search: will be e-mailed to you within twenty-four (24) hours with hard copies following the next day.

Transaction Screen Reports: your ASTM Transaction Screen will be e-mailed to you within two (2) working days for properties in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas and three (3) days for the greater San Diego, Palm Springs or Santa Barbara areas. Hard copies will follow the next day.

Phase One Environmental Site Assessment Reports: your ASTM Phase I ESA will be e-mailed to you within three (3) working days for properties in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas and four (4) days for the greater San Diego, Palm Springs or Santa Barbara areas. Hard copies will follow the next day.

NEPA Checklists, Communication Tower Services: we will begin work on your NEPA reports immediately upon your written acceptance of our proposal. The NEPA process requires us to send written requests to governmental agencies. Therefore, unlike our other services, we cannot offer the one (1) to four (4) day turnaround times for this report. However, you can be assured that we will provide you with some of the fastest turnaround times available at a more than reasonable cost.

Hazardous Materials Assessments: we will begin work on your asbestos, lead or radon projects immediately upon your written acceptance of our proposal. Due to the vast complexity of these types of projects, we are not able to set minimum delivery guidelines under our Express Delivery Service contracting. However, you can be assured that we will provide you with some of the fastest turnaround times available at a more than reasonable cost.

Safety Services: All Phase Environmental, we can begin your OSHA sampling project within days and have the findings to you as fast the analytical laboratory can produce results, which is usually within twenty-four (24) hours. Due to the vast complexity of Ergonomic, Risk Management Plans and Process Safety Management projects, we are not able to set minimum delivery guidelines under our Express Delivery Service contracting. However, you can be assured that we will provide you with some of the fastest turnaround times available at a more than reasonable cost.
