What Is A Volume Discount?
If you know your company will have several Phase One Environmental Site Assessments over the course of the year, but they may not all be issued at the same time, we will still offer you a volume discount. When you commit your business to All Phase Environmental, we spend less effort and money on marketing. This savings is passed on to our volume customers in the form of discount pricing.
How It Works:
You will be quoted a base price for each Phase One Environmental Site Assessment in a contract group. This price is defined by the type of property (commercial, industrial, greenfield, etc.), locations, turnaround time, the number of sites and bulk sampling requests. In order to protect you from additional change order costs, each contract group will have flexible allowances such as the number of buildings, their square footage, site acreage and location flexibility. Travel expenses for sites outside of the contract group will be an additional charge and can be quoted as a lump sum or billed to you as a reimbursable expense.
Guarantees:
Our honest employees, repeat business history and product quality assurances are your guarantee of satisfaction. However, if you sign up for a Volume Discount and are unsatisfied with our service or product, we will honor your request to terminate your contract. All Phase Environmental is in the business of providing professional services and if we can’t live up to that expectation, then we do not deserve your business.
